A framework for establishing open, neutral, publicly traded markets around human Athletic performance. Just as we trade abstract objects representing products index’s (ex. pork bellies), the ACMn acts as a tool with which human athletic performance can be indexed. The network is operated by independently incentivized actors from within the sport industry. Each actor on the network commits & binds themselves to the network; therefore constantly incentivized to act honestly (financially & reputationally). The Network “nodes/actors” ultimately provide a guarantee to core data within the network; which in turn is used to establish the earlier mentioned Index.

What the Point of the ACMn?

The ACMn serves as the foundational security layer to the data produced by bitAthletes & that is processed through the Astir network.

By Default, every active BitAthlete & member of the BitAstir DSO is contributing to the ACMn. Participants contribute variable amounts of resource based on the proximity of their contribution to the Aggregate data structure. (i.e. novice soccer player training for 12 hours will produce more security than will 2 hours of professional Basketball).

The Astir network operates as a state machine with 24 hour epochs. Every 6418.00 Ethereum blocks the Astir activity is aggregated & pushed to the top. produced as a bi-product of the networks activity, utilizes an “anchor point” to settle its state. The state of the ACMn explicity herein, the ACMn serves as the defacto underlying structure for the SPORTINDEX

The Data, how it is sourced, where it is sourced from, how it stored & how it is valued is radically fit for the derivation of the most foundational truths in the phenomenon of sport in human life. (data that is compartmentalized via KPI’s)

What exactly is the Astir SportINDEX?

The Astir SportINDEX is intended to serve as the benchmark value for gauging the health & wellbeing of the SPORT industry at large.

By large, Athletes are the leading source of demand of the $BITA token;
Assuming that the $BITA token continues to trend up & to the right would assume a healthy demand from ATHLETES to commit themselves professionally to their sport; which in turn would express the health of their selected sport going into the future.
*Moreover, BitAstir assimilates & provides (perhaps the worlds first & only) public Perfomance Ledger; this ledger will be able to provide radically new insight into the world of sport (rate of generational shift / generational preferences / etc.)
